Alisha is a 21-year-old living a plant-based lifestyle in Baltimore, US. Nutrition is important to her – she has a unique high protein mac-n-cheese recipe! She loves trying new vegan spots and often shares them on her gorgeous insta feed. So if you’re a Baltimore local or visiting the city soon, check her out for places to eat whilst there.

As if spelling Natasa without the h isn’t cool enough, she is also a fitness lover who swims, cycles and weight trains. Oh, and she grew up in Cyprus! Natasa is currently studying at Exeter University in the UK. She became vegan to support the ethical treatment of animals and found out during the process that it helps to maintain a good weight.

With only five recipes on her blog, she is great for healthy snacks and breakfast options. Her very unique chocolate black bean brownies is a personal favourite of ours. She follows a vegan lifestyle and shows this in her Winter favourites post. If you’re in need of some cruelty-free makeup or some vegan protein powder, check it out.

Celina is a German based nutritionist. This means her recipes are in German and English too! She is very educational with posts like her experience of a Madena Intestinal Treatment… yeah, we didn’t know what that was either! She’s always sharing interesting facts on health and nutrition.

You’ll find lots of short, sweet and simple recipes and a couple of lifestyle posts. Her recipes range from tasty spinach pesto to super chocolatey cake. They are all plant-based and easy to follow. She also includes some nutritious facts in the recipes too!

Melissa is a mindfulness teacher and nutritionist. After a serious injury, meditation became a cure for her mental health problems which included anxiety. She incorporates veganism, meditation and mindfulness in her lifestyle and blog.
