Easter egg recipe

Ingredients:

1 ½ of organic cocoa butter

1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup of organic honey

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Melt the cocoa butter
  2. In a bowl, whisk honey with cocoa butter. Pour the honey very slowly to avoid water production.
  3. Whisk the remaining ingredients and mix for 1 or 2 minutes. Make sure you get no water at all.
  4. Spoon the preparation into egg molds
  5. Put the molds in the fridge for a few hours.
  6. Release from the molds and enjoy!
