Gluten free ice cream recipe
This is the quickest and easiest option.
Ingredients:
- A lime
- A lemon
- 200g sugar
- 2 vanilla pods
- 4 ripe avocados
- 500ml whole milk
Instructions:
- Get the seeds out of the vanilla and add the seeds and the pods to a saucepan with sugar and the lemon and lime juice and zest.
- Boil the mixture and simmer until the sugar is dissolved.
- Put it in a bowl and leave cool.
- Once cool, remove the pods.
- Peel and destone the avocado. Place it in a quidiser with milk and syrup and milk and blitz until it looks like a smoothie.
- Pour it in a baking dish and place it in the freezer until it is frozen.
- Enjoy, it is delicious!

Raw vegan ice cream recipe (dairy-free)
Ingredients:
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon grated lemon zest
- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- A can of coconut milk
- 2 medium avocados

- The ideal is to prepare this recipe overnight!
- Mash the avocados and place them in a blender with the rest of the ingredients.
- Then, blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour it in a baking dish and place it in the freezer until it freezes.
